Okay so yeah i heard you need 100 gathered cheese to access forums but i dont have 100 gathered cheese and i can still login and make threads like this.

I'm pretty sure the admins got rid of that limitation. You only now need to play for a certain amount of time before you're granted access to the forums, if I recall correctly.
