I can't seem to see these symbols and I don't know if I need to get a certain language pack for my computer or what? D:

They most likely don't appear properly on Windows XP. I'm not sure if there is a certain language/symbols pack for it.

Nope, it's not you I'm guessing! I hae it too. It looks like the uni code (♥, ♪, and the stars or which ever) are going through!

Is this happening with the general titles?

It depends on the font your operating system uses and if it supports UTF-8.
