There's probably a thread on this but it's been this way for waaaaay to long. Please, people who have their name cut off get stressed! Everyone calls me Immagetchee or Immagetcheese and it's quite boring now. Please admins, if you know about this do say so :X

To be honest, it's better to click the person's username than just assume what their name is. Although I do agree it can be annoying when people accidentally call you by those names, I think clicking their names is a better alternative to be sure. I do think they might show the person's full username in the forums they have, but I'm not sure yet

I still find it harrowing, and people won't do that anyways. I can grin and bear it, but "Immagetchee" sounds so awful. And then there's those poor people who actually have users that just CUT off, in the middle of a letter. I'm sort of lucky I don't have that.

It is the one alternative (although I do agree no one will do that, not even myself)

But there are other ways, but like I said, I do think it you should view the **full** name of the user

Although that'll probable mean making the space where the username smaller
