There seem to be some changes in the physics, in a negative way. This started happening after the 60 fps update, I think. I've seen several people complaining about weird mice and shaman object (such as cannons) behaviour but can't seem to find a bug report in here so I thought I'd try to explain it. I reported this directly to Tigrounette and he said "it's normal". Now, I highly doubt this is normal so thought I'd make a topic about it, to see if this occured to you as well. Basically the best way of describing it, is that mice and shaman objects (ESPECIALLY cannons because of their speed) sometimes go through a ground, and immediately come back out the way it is supposed to react. Sometimes cannons even fly through grounds. The colission detection seems to be incorrect/laggy. Also sometimes cannons bounce back in a really strange way. Here's a LUA script, as this is the best way to see it, for those of you who want to/can try out. Just keep watching where the cannon hits the trampoline ground, you'll notice it's different, and if you wait long enough, you might see a cannon go straight through it. a dit : |

I honestly thought this was a lag problem at first, but yes, I did start to notice this kept happening a lot after the update |

Update: When setting fps rate to 36 (/fps60 and /ips) it happens more often. This bug makes survivor really shitty btw. |

There's also more obscure but present bugs with the new physics, you can see this a lot in Shaman/Spiritual. And don't get me started on the bugs that involves the new IF properties. |

oh so i'm not the only one sometimes when i'm playing it looks as if the other mice keep dropping partly into the floor (but only a tad) |

A screenshot that shows this a bit more clearly - some objects bounce off of the grounds fine, some go straight through, and some go a few pixels in before bouncing off. |

When I was in the tribe house, I boxed my friend in with the large crates, and used a B anchor, and she went right through, so I'm having issues with this as well e.e |

i'm having issues with not just bombs, but even myself just lagging through floors to my death. the shamans builds seem to be glitching almost all the time and i end up glitching through them, also a strange lag spike as been happening whenever the shaman spawns anything for the first time. i will point out that before the xmas update i was having no problems like this, not even one lagg, when i test my ping. it's bellow 60 ms. which is good. so where is this lagg coming from and why is it happening. i keep asking others if they are having the same problem. but it doesn't seem that way. though by the looks of things it looks like it's not just me. this really needs sorting out as well i am missing out on loads of cheese because everything is glitching :C |

Fixed for cannons. Not for bombs, not sure about other objects or mice. |

if you go to editor and spawn mice off the ground rapidly, you can see mice going THROUGH the ground. |

Evilsantah a dit : Mice it seems that it doesnt happen very often, I still see it happeneing with cannons but they seem to 'bounce' back to the place its meant to be quicker than before. |
