I was using Kongregate instead of the actual game site. I usually use that for fullscreen since it's easier and out of habit, but I guess it doesn't work right.
Oh well I'll just have to remember that

The issue isn't going to be with Kongregate, because all Kongregate is is another embedded Transformice.swf, like the main site. How long did you wait to see the mice?
