Omg i know lots of you peeps have the sexy title glitched but i have another weird glitch

Back when i was level 36 i unlocked the sexy title and
i was in room 801 and i unlocked it again! This is creepy
does this have some kind of realationship to the other
glitch?

I always thought that with the new title system, if you get the title again, you get a star for it ?
