I was thinking, and I was wondering if there could be an option to lock the tribe house? I was also thinking about Tribe Chat, when people get into arguements and start saying rude things, could the tribe leader mute them from the chat? These are 2 things every tribe could use.

This idea will just lead to a lot of abuse. Leaders muting players for no reason other than they felt like it and they could even indulge themselves in targetting certain players causing grief for the targetted player.
I don't see much point in locking the tribe house either and again, I could see a lot of abuse permeating from this. People not letting a certain person into the tribe house just because they may not like them.

I agree with Irishcow and honestly if people are being troublesome, I wonder why you'd allow them in the tribe at all. It's better for them to look for a new tribe, it's not much fun being in a tribe if you can't connect with other players anyway because you're muted. And I'm not sure what you want to accomplish by locking the tribehouse, so if you could elaborate a bit.
