Hey, I think I found this glicth or bug. When I went to THIS locked fourm, I just clicked on someones username and clicked qoute, and then boom! I can reply on this fourm. It might be a glicth or a bug im not sure. Im not even sure if you can send your reply. I just found this randomly, (I am NOT hacking, kay?) but im pretty sure this wasnt meant to be possible......

It doesn't send the post though, so not really a problem.
Probably so you can quote important things from locked threads?
