They shouldn't be allowed to ban/mute of forums. It can just lead to abuse and who needs it anyway? If people require a ban/mute from your own tribe on the forums, they shouldn't really be in your tribe in the first place.

The only thing that I do agree with is coloured names just for clarity sake, but overall I do not support this suggestion.
