i even get 1st in it doesnt count even there 18+ mice (3 times happens)

Have you tried closing the window and relogging on?

Are you sure that no one has multiple accounts logged in / other family members playing in that room?

To get a first in the room you must have at least 11 different IP addresses.This is to prevent people from farming firsts.Also, presents won't count unless you have at least 5 IP addresses, I think.Cheeses don't count if it's only you in the room.
