This happened for just me. After the toy factory map, map 30 played and I was alive with my name over on the other side not at 0,0.

I was already dead at the time of this screenshot but my name is over on the other side.

Then this happend for me and user Noobleter. Then after the toy factory map again map 98 played for me, shaman able to summon items and killing everyone.

Then on Noobleter's screen the Noel map played with the shaman able to summon items.
