If people keep getting recruited that you don't want to be recruited you can perma ban them from your tribe, or just give them an hour out of the tribe. Kinda like how it works with mods on TFM.

I agree in huge tribes its really hard to prevent someone from joining your tribe if you dont want them to and the only way is to take away the ablity to invite for all people
