Please help guys >< It keeps saying "Already Connected" So I used my other account to check whether is it my friend who connected my account, but that account still stay at the same room while I was in previously. Please help!

Don't worry, many people are experiencing this problem! Wait for about 5 minutes and refresh and you should be able to log back in!

This problem has been persisting with every other mouse I know, and they claim that they've been hacked. Try waiting for a few minutes and your account will log off!
