I suggest that there should be an "Old Mode"

Basically, in Old Mode, everything will look like 2010 Transformice, including the grounds, items, etc...

This would be perfect for people who want to remember the old times.

And the room is empty most of the times.

They should just have a setting for it, I think you should change the idea to that

"Old Mode" has been denied by the administrators. The room #retro sometimes runs a module which allows you to view the older versions of the game. If it isn't running, simply ask the creator.
