Passworded rooms are considered private rooms. And are open to the same rules as tribehouses.

Tribehouses have the ability to let the players play music through the command "/musique" and also play videos. This was allowed because they were proclaimed to be private rooms. So the suggestion is to allow the command /musique for the first player in the room in passworded rooms.

I thought up some small additional suggestion for this one aswell. So the first person in a private room can use the /musique command but also LUA used in this room can use the command.
