So i get on the title screen. Type in my user and pass then hit submit. It kinda loads then says already connected in the password spot. And i know im not connected....

It's a known bug. Just wait 5-15 minutes and then it;ll work. Sometimes when you log off your account sometimes stays online.

This problem has been persisting with every other mouse I know, and they claim that they've been hacked. Try waiting for a few minutes and your account will log off! This is due to connection with your account, it will take it a while to finally log off. c: Your account is still logged on once you lose connection apon unexpected errors. Your mouse should eventually log off due to ping time-out. So do not worry, this is common. No need for concern or suprises! ^^
