I find it not too good and i didn't delete the email but the email itself didn't come. Why!?

There seems to be problems arising over password resets. Wait a few hours and see if the e-mail arrives as it does eventually arrive for some (be sure to check junk folder as well).
If you are still not receiving any validation e-mail, try sending a contact form to the admins explaining your situation that you cannot change your password and I'm sure they'll change it for you.
Be sure to include your e-mail so the admins have some way to contact you back.

Don't worry. Whenever I send a password reset to my email. It can take up to 1-2 days. If it takes up more than a week, do what Irishcow said.
