I lost my account. My computer crashed and my mouse remained in room 13. I tried to log in but it saids already connected. I can't play anymore. :(

Just wait for a few minutes, then try to log in again.
It's a known problem.

You can always go on an alt and contact a moderator in-game or head over the the IRC channel and ask a moderator to kick the account for you. This will enable you to be able to log in again.

You can go back on it (It happened to me) close TFM and then restart it and then try to log back on if that helps?

Happened to me but I think everybody complained about it and they patched it. But if it's still remaining a problem, shut down my computer and wait a few minutes and log back on! :)

You didn't lose your account. It might happen a few times, but it shouldn't be a hacker if you didn't tell anybody your password. Just wait a few minutes (about 5 or 7) and wait until it logs out. What I like to do is create a new account and go to the room I was in before or friend my username, and wait until it disconnects.

Well, I have the same account bug, and now it happens (quite irritatingly) even when the Internet is on!
It used to happen only when the Internet turned off (ex- when there was a power cut in the summer because the water in waterfalls that provided electricity dried up to an extent that the Electricity Board had to cut the power) UNLucky for me I've got another problem not related to accounts (how many others have it?)

I had this same problem and so all I did was turn off my computer, and turned it back on but when I did that it would not help. So then I would play on a guest account for a while (5-10 minutes) and see if my account is letting me back on it and it usually works. If this does not work, just create a new account. Sorry D:

This happened to me too.All you need to do is wait and check.Checking is simple.
Just log in from another account and wait.Friending the AC account will help a bit with telling you when it disconnected.

AC = Already Connected
