So far the best answer that's been given to what's causing it is this

Could be linked to the 3 second limit on loading outfits, probably timed out before loading the shaman so made the sham look like a naked mouse..

Did you just go into the room? If so, the map takes time to fully load the mice and the shaman, you may experince this too that the mice's items are not shown. Wait until next round and the items and shaman tattoo will be there. ^^
