My avatar will not change. It used to be a cat, now it is the fire avatar I had before that other one. Can someone help?

Yes I am encountering similiar problems. I can not change my avatar even though when I upload it it says sucess.

It's gonna do that. Unstable cache etc bad forums etc it's never really stable. I do agree, it's doing that more often than not. When I'm not logged in, my avatar's the one it's SUPPOSED to be. When I login, it's the one from December.
