No, Helper is not "official staff." We're part of CFM, and not even are we considered CFM staff.

I'm not trying to be mean but a while ago I applied for both map crew, and sentinel, and part of my denial for sentinel was because I had applied for both very close to each other it made me seem too try-hardy. :x

Remember to be 18+, that was MY mistake for other things~

If you're not that old, you can apply again next time applications are open, which will happen again eventually. Of course you can fill out the app for practice and send it in just to state your interest, but if we do like your app we won't be able to hire you at this time. Also note that we don't send feedback for every app, so you'll have to judge how good you did yourself.

Regardless of age, people are still aloud to apply as "practice" and show interest. The only thing age restricts is when you'll be able to actually take the position.

That doesn't seem very fair to the mods who are reviewing apps because it's basically a waste of time, but however they wanna handle it is up to them.

I wouldn't really consider it a waste of time but something they can save if they did like the persons application for future refrence when and if they apply again.

I'm sure the extra work can be a burden on the already large pile of applications but you really can't say the majority of them aren't going to be under-age applicants anyways.

Besides that.. I'd be a bit more upset about people applying and lying about their age, that in my opinion is what would start making things annoying.
