will be muted 10 minutes.

So, in other words, you suggest that people automatically get muted for spamming/flooding chat?

This might be trickier to implement than you think, but obviously if a system could be created that doesn't leave any collateral damage (people wrongfully getting muted) then I'm all for it.

Lets say if they say the same thing over 20 times in a set amount of time they are obviously spamming. That could prevent innocent people just trying to get a point out.

People can do that to avoid this auto-mute, or distort it somehow. So many similarities to detect too, hard to implement.
