Just to be honest, the forums aren't very well kept into place, not enough sentinels and stuff may be the problem, but my suggestion would to be, to give sents certain jobs, such as one sent takes care of suggestions and bugs, while another person takes care of off-topic and discussions, or maybe one sent for each topic, ect. (I'm not sure if this is already the case, but suggesting wouldn't hurt anyone!)

that used to exist and it was called sentinel aides
i'd say the forums are pretty well managed, just sents are needed for certain time zones
