No she's saying no matter how long she holds the up button, the wings don't pop-up.

I have been having this problem too. I really wish it were fixed.

Press w or up button twice

Sometimes when you try to fly, the wings might not come out. I think it's because of how you jump or msomething like that, because sometimes when I jump, I end up falling to death ._.
