i entered a room and i saw the shaman had his/her name in blue and the other one had his/her name in pink but the blue shaman was not a shaman... he/she was a mouse with no costume on, he/she spawned items but she was a mouse who still had the running and ducking and jumping design flaw but not the summoning item flaw... any theories ?

This is normal and I don't think this is a bug. I recall hearing this is a purposely made to reduce lag. If you jump into a room while a map is playing, you'll see the mice with no outfit and Shamouse.

This is definantly normal.
You've walked into the room in the middle of a player shamaning, the room/map takes a little while to load the mice outfits and shaman tattoos, and does not successfully load. Therefor this is normal, others had it before, it's fine! ^^

Lol if you go to the next round it will be perfectly normal, eh. I saw a sham with no sham clothes on, blue name, and summoning without like- looking at what there summoning?
