When the countdown appears at the beginning of the map, I'm pressing the button to run but I'm just standing there for about 3 years and then everyone is ahead of me.
Other people have said this is an issue for them as well.

I hope it's not going to stay this way though. I'm used to running during the countdown.

I'm so sorry, I did have a quick look to see if it was already mentioned. Must have missed it ;;
And ikr... Must have come with the event update because I didn't have this issue yesterday.

Hah it's okay. ^^ Yeah, I wasn't experiencing it until a few hours ago either. Perhaps the mice who are still able to run never actually re-logged? It only started happening to me after my last log-in. o~o

admins have updated the system now, you are not alowed to run durning the countdown.

Well I don't mind as long as I don't lose the chance of a first due to others being able to start moving before me.
There seems to be no problem for me now though ^^

I have that problem sometimes as well, but my main problem is that I can't hold up and right/up and left to jump diagonally at the end of countdown.

Are you in chat mode? Like when you click the chat tab to start typing, it was probably still on. If not, maybe click inside the game and then you can run.
Sorry if I have the wrong idea, but this always works for me when I have this problem.

No, it's at the start of every map. Whether I'm chatting or not. I don't know what it is, perhaps the standalone? Hopefully it will get fixed soon because I'm losing out on a lot due to this :/

Oh, sorry, way off. Maybe you should try downloading the latest standalone? If you need more explaining
Unless its wrong I have a brain problem (basically, my head hurts, it feels like my brain area and inside my body.) so if im not correct im sorry that I cant help you correctly :x

You make me feel stupid. I'm just checking different ways. And this doesn't happen to me.

Yeah... I kind of meant AFTER the countdown has ended... 2348967239356 other mice start running but if I'm holding down one of the arrow keys, it takes a few seconds for me to start running. And as far as I know, I have the latest standalone. I have fast internet and everything so... Perhaps it was Java. Or Adobe Air. Idk... It seems to have stopped now though.

yeah; that happend to me before which annoyed me because of the event map; however it stopped, for now.
