What community are you from? I'm guessing EN.
I have 'Display Messages' on but.. well.. idk.. your probably going to have to contact a specialist.

By specialist I mean a mod or chat with someone on IRC to help you.

The game seems to recognize most EN players as unknowns rather than ENs, so the client thinks they're from another community and doesn't display their messages. It simply doesn't work the way it should, and ought to be either fixed or removed.
