All thing all grounds are blue no trees or flowers etc. does appear cant see any thing all blue :( Help Please

Perhaps you are in Minimalist mode..?

i was useing it and cant bring it back

Try unclicking the option "Minimalist mode" and if that's already unticked, you might have the the option "Activate automatic optimizations" on. If you have this activated, when the game detects any lag, it will automatically switch to minimalist mode.
If "Automatic optimizations" is on, untick it and see if Transformice turns back to normal for you.
