Chat Block in EN Racing Rooms |

Anyone familiar with EN racing rooms knows that they are usually overwhelmed by BR, ES, and TR players. From the players I've asked why they come here, they usually respond "easy firsts". Fair enough, but unfortunately in my experience many of those that frequent the EN racing rooms are kids that are very disrespectful. Before Transformice, I didn't know a word of Portuguese. The first phrase I learned was "filho da puta", or "son of a bitch", after paying in racing. Unfortunately, EN2 seems to lack players interested in racing and the rooms are usually empty, so that isn't an option. Meanwhile, the EN1 racing rooms are full of competitive kids that don't hesitate to throw insults around in Spanish, Portuguese, and Turkish. EN players are left without any choice but to play in this hostile environment or give up racing completely. Mods simply don't have the time to babysit these rooms 24/7, nor should they, a proper solution should come from the admin level. What I'm suggesting is an IP chat block on all players from countries that have their own community, that applies only to racing rooms in EN1. While EN1 is an international community, racing is a very different environment, and this is a problem that has persisted over the years without resolution. EN players shouldn't have to be the minority in their own community while other communities exist for these languages. After many months away, I joined en-racing1 and within 5 minutes... [Player] tnc (toma no cú, or "take it up the ass") [Player] caralhoooo (fuck/general term of profanity) [Player] esse souris fdp (this guest is a son of a bitch) etc. |

![]() I doubt they would do this but it would be nice. It is quite hard to find a Racing room with a fair amount of people without feeling like you've subconsciously switched to a BR server. |

I can't see this happening either unfortunately, but figured it was at least worth a thread. :P |

This happens in EN2 rooms too but in non-racing rooms. It would definitely be nice to have this but what are the odds of the tfm staff listening? Heh. /support |

So basically anyone in Racing EN who is not from an EN IP would not be able to talk in racing rooms and the same for racing BR rooms but anyone not from BR? |

Mousechris a dit : Anyone that comes from a country which has its own community but decides to play Racing in EN1. BR is not international so people in BR racing rooms should only be speaking Portuguese. |
