I use to have the Title "Sexy" and "Little Snowflake" and the "I cheese you." I don't have them no more.

Happened to me as well with the title <Temptress>. I recently got the new title Rogue Mouse and since it auto-switched the titles my Temptress title disappeared. :/
I don't really know of any other titles I lost, though.
