I keep crashing and lagging in vanilla. Somtimes login doesnt work, and sometimes when i try to log in there is a mose wering a hat holding a wrench. Ive heard that other people are experianceing simmilar technical difficulties, and i belive the staff needs to be notified to address this "bug". Can any one please give me advise on how to overcome this problem?

It's not just you, and they're already aware. They already restarted the server to try and resolve it, and that's why you saw the mouse most likely.

waitwaitwait so your having lag and then later on there is a mouse with a wrench? There must be a problem with the server, and the admins are trying to fix it, so thats also why the mouse with the wrench is there.
so yeah, severe lagging/crashing on the game may be a problem with the serving.. it may take a while for it to be resolved this also happened to me that day.

This is exactly what has been happening on my vanilla server, the timer is so short and it just displayes 3 and i can't move or chat, see my bug chat level no load

This hasn't happened to me, but maybe it's just a bug? A problem with the server? I'm not a technician, so I'm just making quick guesses.
