I seem to get this odd error often, i play for lets say 1 hour/half an hour, then i close the game an go do other things, mostly longer than 1 hour and then i try to play again, but this time after i press enter after inputing my password, the game just stays there, the login box dissapears, but it stays in the login screen, i tried downloading the game, or going into another browser and it does the same, most of the times i have to restart the computer for it to work, but sometimes it just randomly works again; anyone knows why this might be happening? Anyone else getting this too? Do you think its an issue with the game or my computer? - Thank you all for your time and your suggestions

tfm and the forum just had that bug, it does what you say the login box dissapears..

Every morning about the time you posted, the server backs itself up. it took a little longer this morning but usually it takes about fifteen minutes; then you can log back in.

from the now useless bug list:
Lag while server is backing up the database: Similar to version incorrecte, during certain times you are unable to log into the game in your account (although guest accounts work). Any maps exported are lost and codes aren't granted (to retrieve it you need to speak with a map crew member), you will be unable to log into the forums, and removing/adding members of your tribe is slow.
