No, I mean: What problem is this suggestion solving? A player that I have ignored will not see a message? I don't understand why this is a problem that needs a solution.

Ow, if I would have been ignored by someone, I would definitely hate to waste my time whispering them while they wouldn't see my messages. Anyway, does it really have to be a problem?
