This just came into my head.How about a minigame where you have six Pokeballs and you can choose which pokemon to be and then battle against other mice in a tournament!There would be a bar at the bottom saying how much health you have left(Start with 500).
Underneath the health will be your moves.If you click on move you can do that move.You can't use moves if the other person is attacking.There is six mice in each game.
It would be set out like this.

Battling Battling Battling Battling Battling Battling

If someone loses they will go to a funhouse or they can spectate the battles.Be careful though,pick a pokemon carefully because some pokemon have elemental advantanges or disadvantanges.
Can't be bothered to do supports and unsupports.

if this DID exist every single mouse would pick pikachu..
and i dont think the makers of transformice would like to make a mouse version of every single pokemon ever made. do YOU? this sounds cool but when you think about it it wouldnt work at all. [Edit] as much as i love pokemon i gotta say /no support.

You can certainly ask a Lua developer to make it though I suppose!
