I've seen people think they can give cheese as long as mice have entered the hole, even without having it. This would be a quality-of-life change to make the game more intuitive.

The shaman can't give cheese unless he has it, you probably think he doesn't since he's probably standing by the cheese?

I'm not talking about me. Some people (newbie mice) think they can give the cheese because it shows up in the tool box and it's usable even though it doesn't work, because a) they don't have the cheese or b) no mice has entered the hole.
