Its not hack.
The Hotkeys of map 69 is different to the other maps. Usually 7 is the Hotkey of the anvil but here it is the Hotkey of springs - thats why there are more then 3/6.

Its a glitch still? You cant spawn more than 3 each round x3

Its Because the springs can be found By Hotkeys And the admins never thought about the hotkey happening
