She is new so I'm posting here for her. She cannot move her mouse left or right. She can jump though. It's glitched (kind of like when you get stuck on chocolate). The arrow keys don't work and neither do the wsad keys. Any fixes??

Hmm, maybe you should tell her to refresh, if that doesnt work, maybe ask her to restart her computer.

She had refreshed multiple times, that hadn't worked. She can move when pushed on a collision map or pushed by a cannon if that helps at all. After shutting down her computer and returning it still hadn't helped any. I'm beginning to think her internet is just far too slow to work on Transformice perhaps? Thank you for your suggestions

Can you tell her to clear her cache? If that doesn't work, try using a differerent CPU. If that also doesn't work, I don't know.

Cache won't have shit to do with it.
And it's likely not the ping. People play with worse ping.

Ask her to hook up another keyboard, if possible, and report back with results.
Also, where is she located? Is she somewhere where they use AZERTY?
