Respwn time set to 1:00

When you respawn , I was thinking that if there is only 1 or 2 people with you, and you revive, then the shortened time will go back to 1:00.

Prepare for trolly shams, extending the time from 10 seconds to 1:00....

No support from me. There is already plenty of time to create builds and respawn mice and the shaman should take that into consideration as they're playing, not have a last ditch attempt to get more time.
