see how it works

the person enters and chooses one of subserver to enter, he would rank with q in the case would be so kind


server 1 beginner 0-1000 first
server 2 intermediate 1001-3000 first
server 3 pro 3001-10000 first
server 4 Myth above 10001

the concept would be blocked for those who do not fit the criterion of first determined at the server, ie someone with more than 1k of n first enter the server 1 beginner, and someone above 3k n enter the intermediate server and so on,

obs:

this vastly diminish the lag and TBM could have a toast for the item when it reached the point of change of server

You haven't considered the bad effects this could make.

The only thing it would stick to this idea is the shaman's experience system and good lord the newbies need the experienced players, mostly to learn how to properly sham, tricks and stuff.
As for teh firsts. Haven't you never win 1 first in your life for playing with some older players? And, how much firsts you have? Please.

I guess the only statbased division I would consider supporting is having a place dedicated to newer players, where they can learn the basics without getting abuse for their failed attempts.
