Don't you think this game is getting addicting shouldn't the mods do anything or admins because it is basically ruining our lives the truth. No offence but yea. Tell me if this is addicting and why.

You chose to play this game, you have the option to leave.
Just because you think the game is addicting and you want to ruin the fun for everyone, the mods wont do anything about it. So will the admins, they created the game. They keep it controlled, not you.

Remember danger, you can always leave the game. Trust me, if I can take breaks from Transformice, then you can, too. I'm not sure why you're suggesting that the admins/mods ruin the fun for everyone, an addicting game can be good at times, but you have to keep yourself controlled. It's not necessarily the admins problem if for example, you decide to play instead of study, it's your choice (and you can't really hold them responsible for the outcome).

i have to admit i am pretty adicted my self but it is your choice if you want to play or not you can always quit if you dont want to play so you can only blame yourself.

It seems addicting at first like any other game, but tbh after a while it actually gets boring and hurts to play anymore.

I only play for fun.
And the Mod/Admins can't do anything.

Its your choice if you want to continue to play or not.

The reason why i came back from 2012 is to get a view on my past and remake it.

Something gets addicting when you start liking something.
Is not the product's fault that makes you addicted, no one forced anyone to be addicted to something. Is only you yourself that made yourself addicted to it.

Never blame the product for your addiction. Is the person choice to continue to play or to take a break. If someone gets bad grades because he is addicted or whatsoever, is not a valid reason to begin with.

Though i do come to TFM everyday like i am addicted, the only thing i do really is to slack in the tribe house. but i still love transformice truly. Probably will stay on Transformice until its last day, but i do not think i would still have the drive to be excited anymore.

Addiction is very real, whether it is to alcohol/smoking or to internet or a specific game. In that sense, not everyone can actually 'just quit', and while no living thing 'forced you', you may still feel forced. All types of behaviour can become a strenghtened routine up to a point that you have to do it to feel like you're functioning 'normally'. You don't necessarily need any external agent (alcohol, drugs) to achieve this. On top of that, telling an addict that it's their own fault is in no way helpful.

What I do agree to, is that playing a game is your own choice. If you know that you're prone to getting addicted to things like this, consider that before playing. Likewise, a lot of people, addicted or not, can tell when they have a problem. The best sign to get from someone like this is them looking for help or support.

In that sense, while I also agree it shouldn't be the staff that needs to take initiative when dealing with this, the staff could definitely help when asked. In a sense they do this, as various people have been banned over the years for the mere reasons of "take a break", "go do your homework", etc.

I don't really think there's much the mods/admins can do, sure some things are more addicting than others, game wise at least because we enjoy them more than others but you do have the power to stop yourself from playing, a small break here and there won't hurt.

Yogii is a very helpful mod, one of my favorites actually. Also some mods don't tend to speak too much on the forums.

You can leave if you want and the mods like it to be adidicting becuase the get money to feed their familly and live if they encoraged you not to play the game they would be broke.

I'm addicted, and I understand your point, but you have to learn time management. It's hard, of course, but it's used everyday in life with everything. Go outside and play for an hour, play TFM for an hour (just an example - me personally, I don't have a schedule, just do what I want to do when I want to do it).
