Okay, not sure when this has happened but recently I found out it seems Singaporeans are not permitted to speak on The EN2 server.

I get this message

I've come to the assumption that the chat blocks work by IP now, at least for some servers, but I would like to point out the fact that most Singaporeans can speak, and are educated in Emglish as it is taught in our compulsory education.

Also English is one of the four official languages of Singapore and also is the offiicial working language in the country.

if it helps my keyboard language is in English(US)

Tested out in EN2 myself (I'm Singaporean too btw) and... well I can speak in it

In fact, I don't have any problems for both EN2 and CN. omo...
