I am not a native english speaker, I play on English 2, and there I do speak ENGLISH. I don't know why you implemented this stupid measure. It's really, really odd. My British friend can speak, my American friend can speak. My Canadian and my Dutch Friends can not. Is this some sort of catch-all way of preventing non-english spam on english servers? If so you are horrible people.

It was merely to try stop the influx of people who don't speak english and use EN2. They're going to change it, as stated above, anyway.

You don't know what the EN2 was for, do you? It was a slight miss-judgment on the Admin's good intent.

Just so you know the new Communities you cant talk there because you dont have that IP. And the EN2 Bug has been fixed (I THINK)
