I want to share a problem of mine with you.Two days ago, I demanded Sydoline to activate an Italian Server.And she accepted it.But unfortunately, I learnt that I am not allowed to speak on this server.Because, the language settings of my computer are in Turkish.I have been learning Italian for eight months.
I hope that you will deal with that problem of me very well.

It's by IP, not by OS language.

You cant speak there because you dont have a Italian IP
