That happens when something in the room breaks (I get this if I lag up my utility room too much haha)

If you change rooms but you still get this, restart the game.

Were you in #utility before and did the room crash? That could be the cause of it because you're still crashed

Alright, to actually ANSWER THE TOPIC; your client bugged and crashed. Relog will resolve it.
