Not sure if this is a bug... I saw a user who registered in 2013 with a couple titles from Christmas 2012 event. Soo.... yeahhh.....

I believe you canot get them in 2013 as they are 2012 titles you can only get them on christman maps.

For example, the Halloween 2013, people were able to get Halloween 2012 also
