Just a note but since those chats are now considered public, and since that falls under racism/xenophobia, you can report it to a mod.

A related problem is that a lot of people still connect to the wrong channel by default. This happens a lot for the Netherlands, since we apparently host some very popular VPNs used by Turks (perhaps because of the youtube blockade? idk) and other people that for some reason want a Dutch IP.

These people often have no clue why they joined the channel, they often don't know they can close it and simply get confused by all the Dutch.

So even though they do not join on purpose, they're still a nuisance.

Rather than to IP block it, I would propose a vote ban for chat rooms.
