Divine mode's spawning range is now tiny :( why??

I got a tiny summoning range for a double sham map in divine mode... it sucked.

I get this too. It becomes the range of normal mode and hard mode whenever I get a double sham map. It also gives me the appearance of a normal mode sham but I still have the limits of divine (no c/b, clouds, etc.).
