Having the same issue, can't figure out how to reproduce.

Restart seemed to do the trick for me..

I never had this happen to me before. Ill keep an ear out for people talking about it.

Yeah, it happened to me too.
I whispered my friend, and she told me it had "Undefined" next to my name, where it usually says "EN", "EN2", "JP", or whatever server I'm on.

First time connecting after a server restart seems to give undefined. Both my accounts were sending as undefined the first time I logged them on in the last few days, after a relog they each fixed.

The coding seems to use the last community connected to as the [en] code, but if you're not logged on since a restart, you show up as undefined.

Edit: It may be due to some database work that is being done, so it may not happen after every reset, only when the database is reset.

Can confirm this is not the case, talking with Shamousey gives me undefined and he's logged on twice today
