The translation is ok, but it should be:

If you don't quite understand what a user is posting, you're best not replying. This is actually not quite a translation error. The message is
[~Moderator] Ellvelozzz non può parlare per Ellvelozzz ore. Motivo: 1

As in...

[~Moderator] %1 non può parlare per %1 ore. Motivo: %2

Where it should be:

[~Moderator] %1 non può parlare per %2 ore. Motivo: %3

and Seth is probably correct to say it is a coding problem (admittedly a coding problem in the language files)
