I earned a new title twice called 'Sexy' and my friend says I was supposed to get a star. What happened?

As you can see it's visible on your profile, but not your mouse. HOWEVER, if you can see behind me, you can see Shamousey has two stars. They show as shaman. :3

No they don't show on my profile sadly. Also, I tried refreshing and it still won't show either way. Help?
